Comments: Well, my current position for the week is in the red, but I’m only starting so it’s alright. I’m currently Long (Buy) on GBP/USD and I think it will touch 1.99 but I will probably close my position before that.
Introduction: My goal is to trade on the Forex Market as a summer job.
When?: From May 23th to August. 21st - 24th.
Initial balance: USD $800 from Online Investments + CAD $500 (-3.5% transfer fee) from my own pocket = Approx. USD $1200

Today I don’t have school so I’m going to trade with the strategy that I want to use to trade the GBP/USD this summer. I have opened a virtual account with NorthFinance with $10 000. I am also trading in Marketiva with real money ($1000), but I trade on both because I like the statements of NorthFinance better and their platform can generate alerts.
I will keep you posted with the results at the end of the day.

I know it has been two weeks since I didn’t update my Forex Trades. The reason is I’m temporarily stopping for now. My college schedule is busy and I have to concentrate on my classes to be successful this session. I’ll resume my trades in summer (with real money this time!), probably in May, and I’m still working on my Forex section that is going to be up in March 2007. I can still answer any question you have about forex and forex trading.

Comments: I’m beginning to trade the Financial News more and more, and it’s paying off. The only disadvantage I see is that sometimes I have to get up at 3 in the morning to catch an important event, hehe. Anyway, I have almost completed my goal (that was to turn $5000 into $10 000 on my Virtual Account) and I will begin to trade with real money soon.
